One of the biggest changes to UK data privacy law comes in to effect on 25 May 2018.

The General Data Protection Regulation, known as GDPR, is a positive step towards our customers having more control over how their data is used and how they're contacted. The changes will also better protect personal data.
We want our customers to know exactly how our services work and why we need their registration details. We will never share data with any other organisations or individuals and are committed to keeping data safe and secure. We take customer data privacy seriously, as we always have. ESRTP customers who would like to receive a copy of the personal data that we have may contact us to request this at any time.
Our ESRTP customers may choose how they would like to receive information
and updates from us. When contacting us in the coming months we may also ask
for such preferences. Customers can unsubscribe or opt out at any time
by contacting us by phone, email, post or text.
ESRTP recently
launched a Community Transport advice line.The advice line is operated Monday
to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm weekdays.The dedicated phone number is 01883

It is a single phone number for residents requiring community transport services
across Tandridge.The dedicated staff member can provide advice on the most
appropriate form of transport and either book residents on the services currently
managed by ESRTP or signpost residents onto the relevant service.
